Grooming Stalls

The facility has two 10' x 14' grooming stalls - one a standard 'dry' stall and the other a wash stall with hot and cold water feeds. Each stall is set on sealed concrete with Mighty Lite interlocking rubber mats, Velcro quick release cross-ties, and bridle hooks. Collapsible saddle racks are set by each grooming stall. The wash stall has a swing-out wash rack arm for safe and easy washing of horses, along with a large 'screened' drain.

Feed Room & Storage Area

Near to the feed room and grooming stalls is a 10' x 14' storage area for staging smaller amounts of hay and bedding, along with wheelbarrows, rakes, brooms and other equipment. Typically, up to 40 bales of hay and 20 bags of shavings could be staged in this area at one time.

Across from the kitchen and wash stall is a dedicated climate-controlled feed room. There are three separate plastic lined bins along with shelving and counter surfaces for the mixing and weighing of feed products and supplements.
