Tack Room and Kitchen

The barn features a climate-controlled tack room and kitchen which enhances both the comfort and practicality of the barn. 

Tack Room

Custom cedar saddle-racks are accompanied by an extensive array of bridle hooks for cleaning and drying tack. A Whirlpool washer (front-loader) and dryer is set next to a large utility sink and mounted shelving for laundering items including horse blankets.

An integrated open closet provides a large amount of storage for horse coats, spare cleaning equipment, supplies, and so forth.

Bathroom

Within the tack room is a comfortably -sized bathroom with a Kohler commode and sink, with a Hans Grohe faucet. The bathroom also benefits from a screened and venetian blind.

Kitchen

The kitchen has a full wall of Ikea cabinetry and counter space, in addition to a double-sink. A Whirlpool refrigerator and microwave is also present. There is an exterior screened window, in addition to large arena-viewing windows with a white granite sill.
