In addition to a beautiful and highly functional interior, the exterior of the site and buildings is equally attractive. A dedicated equipment and feed barn sided with weathered poplar is set within a short distance from the primary barn.
Storage Barn and East Side
A large 80' x 40' storage barn with an asphalt throughway provides ample storage for agricultural equipment and dry feed. Up to 1,000 bales of hay can be safely stored on concrete flooring, in additional to multiple tractors, arena drags, bush hogs and so forth. Large securable metal sided doors are installed on both sides of the barn.
Two sand stalls stabilized with Equiterr and drainage tile provide additional stall space that can be used for quarantine or additional temporary stalls for clinics. Both stalls have externally-facing windows that can be opened for fresh air. The barn has lighting, a tack room and storage room with utility sink.
The east side features the indoor arena door, six of the stalls/paddocks, the kitchen windows, and pedestrian access to the barn.
West and South Side
The west facing side of the barn features six stalls/paddocks, a pedestrian entrance, access to the apartment/apartment patio, and the indoor arena. Immediately opposite the arena are three manure bays set on concrete and soil (for composting) and the outdoor arena.
